PALKAN® Collective / Affiliate Program Terms

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you ("Affiliate") and PALKAN® ("Company"), with its principal place of business at 27 Harthill Parade, Gildersome, LS27 7ET, UK. By signing up as an Affiliate at https://palkan.co.uk/pages/affiliate, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Commission

  • Rate: Affiliates will earn a commission of 10% on the net sale price of products sold through their unique affiliate link.
  • Refunds & Returns: If a product is refunded or returned, the commission for that sale will be cancelled and deducted from the Affiliate's earnings.

2. Pay-outs

  • Frequency: Commissions will be paid out at the end of each calendar month.
  • Payment Method: Payments will be made via direct bank transfer to the payment details provided by the Affiliate during sign-up.
  • Threshold: There is no minimum pay-out threshold.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Promotion: Affiliates are expected to promote PALKAN® products honestly and in line with the brand’s image.
  • Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their promotional activities.
  • No Misrepresentation: Affiliates must not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent practices in promoting PALKAN® products.

4. Termination

  • Voluntary Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Contact us at hello@palkan.co.uk. 
  • Termination for Cause: PALKAN® reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if the Affiliate breaches any terms of this Agreement or engages in any activity that PALKAN® deems harmful to its reputation or business.

5. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.

6. Entire Agreement

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.

By signing up as an Affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
